Nestled in the leafy hills of Sydney’s Killara, bordered by Gadigal National Park, is the first project for emerging developer, Neil Premaratne. As the first in a growing portfolio, Premaratne is excited about the possibilities of the project. “It’s a very difficult site in terms of construction, but a very unique site from an aesthetic point of view to create an extraordinary work” says Premaratne.
With a love for colour and natural materials the design incorporates a red corrugated feature element and exterior stone blade wall. “It helps a lot in terms of knowing the actual final product before it is built and to adjust the colour schemes as appropriate for exterior design,” says Premaratne.
For new developers, until the first project is built, perception is important. Visualisations are reassuring for a developer to visualise their business potential. A chance to ensure the project enhances their portfolio, and legacy. CGI’s also form a critical communication tool for finance and potential buyers.
Premaratne approached us for visualisations to secure council approval and also prepare for marketing the property. Says Premaratne of the experience;
“[Matthew] is a very positive minded person who always looks for a challenge. Working with him is always an enjoyable experience as well as a learning experience and I will work with him in the subsequent projects that are in the pipeline already”.
