We all need passion projects, and given the ability to bring almost any design to life, when time permits I like to develop my own concepts and ideas
For many years I had been day dreaming about this house. It was never a fully realised design, but more of a concept of where I would like to escape to. Not only does the exercise of visualisation help push my ideas from an architectural perspective, but it also tests my skills and helps me become a better artist. I am not an architect, but I love architecture and want to help people bring their ideas to life. Although these are just renders and will never be built, this process brings out of the shadows of the mind what would otherwise be hidden to others. It can invoke discussion, inform design, or even help market ones skills to potential clients that otherwise might not be possible if you have to wait until it’s built to take photos.
Every architect has concepts constantly orbiting their mind. Given access to incredible technology, why not start to bring those ideas to life and use that as an opportunity to engage clients.
Rather than just showing clients work you have completed, why not show them what’s truly possible.
